The First Nations with Schools Collective is positioned to create and implement a First Nation-led funding formula model for First Nations education systems. This model meets the unique needs and priorities of each community.

Participating nations are building capacity to reimagine education finance structures and build funding frameworks to guide education finance policy development in the future.

These define key principles, values and objectives that represent the community’s vision of a life-long learning systems they control.
